Keep in mind that YouTube is a user based upload site. Not everyone understands how to properly categorize the content they upload...try being more specific.
Example: If you search for "beatles karaoke" and get results with someone singing karaoke instead of just the music, be more specific with your search terms. Example: beatles,yellow submarine karaoke lyrics or karaoke instrumental,yellow submarine.
This is a whole new frontier folks, if at first you don't succeed change your search terms and cross your fingers.
